Appreciation is extended to Linfield season ticket holder Ken Bradford who forwarded the photo below of the final resting place of former Linfield and Chelsea forward Tommy Priestley.
Tommy is buried in Ken’s Church Graveyard -
Lambeg Parish Church, Church Hill. Lambeg, Lisburn.
As can be seen from the snapshot of a Belfast Telegraph article forwarded by Ken, Tommy was placed in 14th place in a poll chaired by the late Malcolm Brodie MBE, to coincide with the club’s 125th anniversary, to determine Linfield’s 25 All Time Greatest players.
