Exciting season finale for Linfield Rangers

Last night’s 4-0 win for Linfield Rangers against Crusaders under 18s has set up a highly dramatic final game of the season for Jamie Mulgrew’s young squad.
Linfield (with one game now remaining) lead second placed Larne by seven points but the East Antrim club have three vital games in hand.
It sets up a hugely decisive final game for Linfield Rangers on Wednesday May 17 at 7-45pm.

A win for Linfield Rangers would clinch the Academy under 18s title for Jamie Mulgrew’s squad.
However, a draw or a win for Larne under 18s would leave the destiny of the title very much in the hands of the Inver men who would still have their remaining games in hand (against Ards, Warrenpoint and Portadown) to play in which they could seal the points to clinch the title.
Wednesday night is the ‘game of the season’ for the under 18s Academy League.
