Saturday’s welcome Match and Ball sponsor will be the 1st Newtownabbey LSC.
The Rathcoole based club celebrated their 60th anniversary in 2019 and each year they present much sought after Player of the Year and Young player of the year trophies, usually at an eagerly anticipated end of season function in their club premises.
The 1st Newtownabbey LSC also support local charities with an annual charity game taking place at the Diamond in Rathcoole in September.
In the autumn the 1st Newtownabbey LSC hold an annual sportsperson’s service in the local Methodist church in Rathcoole.
The chairman of the 1st Newtownabbey LSC is the former Linfield management committee member Brian Hamilton and appreciation is extended to him and his club members for their generous sponsorship of Saturday’s vitally important league game.
Hopefully, the members and guests of 1st Newtownabbey LSC will enjoy the hospitality on offer at Windsor Park on Saturday evening.
