Where do you sit in Windsor Park? South Stand

How long have you supported the Blues? I’ve been following the Blues for around 50 years, since the early 1960’s.

Who influenced you most? My father and grandfather were both Bluemen and it definitely runs in the family. My uncle Jimmy also supported the club.

Did you idolise any player? I always thought Peter Rafferty was an outstanding player, he epitomised everything that is special about the club.

Who is your favourite current player? It would have to be Jamie Mulgrew.

Who is your all time great? It’s difficult to single out any particular player but for me it would be between Sammy Pavis and Martin McGaughey. They were both great goalscorers in different eras.

What other Irish League player from the past do you admire? Dessie Dickson from Coleraine, he was a great finisher and always seemed to do well against Linfield.

And the present? Colin Coates at Crusaders.

What is your favourite away ground? It would have to be the Oval on Boxing Day. All the Bluemen situated together behind the goal and a fantastic atmosphere.

Most memorable occasion supporting Linfield? There are a couple I would mention. The home win against Manchester City in the Cup Winners Cup was a very special night in the club’s history. I also remember winning the Blaxnit Cup in Dublin against Cork Hibernians in the 1970/71 season. We won 3-2 and I think that Eric Magee scored the winner.

If you had unlimited funds who would you buy? I will leave that job to the manager but it would be nice to see Ronaldo in a blue jersey.

Do you support any other team? I also follow Rangers and Manchester United.

What was the best Linfield goal you have ever seen? It would have to be Tony Coly’s goal against Glentoran at the Oval. I was standing behind the opposite goal and just remember seeing the ball bend into the net.

What appeals to you most about Linfield? The club has a wonderful tradition which will never be bettered.

What appeals to you most about the Irish League? There is good craic amongst the supporters and everyone else always hates to see Linfield winning. When we lose they all want to ask about the Blues!
